Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Frozen sweet corn 2 cups
  2. onion 2 finely chopped
  3. Green chilly 4-5 finely chopped
  4. Cornflour 3-4 tbsp
  5. butter 2-3 tsp
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper as your taste

Instructions

  1. First boil corn in pressure cooker, add salt and whistle 2-3 and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. While pressure is releasing,let it cool aside and remove extra water.
  3. Now sprinkle cornflour over it and mix it well.let it rest for a minute.Make sure the boiled corn is dry before mixing with the cornflour.
  4. Than heat enough oil to shallow fry.Add corn in the hot oil.
  5. Fry nicely,it starts crackling.it can split on your face so when corn starts crackling cover pan with the plate.
  6. Once corns becomes gloden brown remove it from the pan.drain on a paper napkin to remove and absorb the extra oil.
  7. Now take another pan,add butter when butter melt add chopped onion and green chilly and stir
  8. Last add salt and black pepper. Mix it well
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy yummy crispy corn :relaxed:️:relaxed:️
