Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken breast- 1
  2. Salt- to taste
  3. Chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder- a dash
  5. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  6. Bread rusk- 1 pack
  7. Eggs-2
  8. All purpose flour-1 cup
  9. Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  10. Vegetable oil- to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast and pat it dry
  2. With the help of sharp kitchen knife, cut the chicken in an angle to get bite size pieces
  3. Add these chicken chunks into a bowl. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and keep in refrigerator for atleast 4 to 5 hours.
  4. In one bowl, add all purpose flour, salt and pepper powder.
  5. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs.
  6. In another bowl add bread rusk powder.
  7. In a wok, add oil to 2 inches heightand let it become hot.
  8. In the mean while, take out the marinated chicken chunks .
  9. Take 1 chicken chunk and roll it in all purpose flour first, next dip in egg batter and next in bread rusk powder and again in egg batter and next in rusk powder. Repeat for all pieces and drop them in hot oil in batches.
  10. Serve hot with ketchup or chilli sauce.
