ABOUT Fried chhola and rice cutlet RECIPE

These cutlets are made of chhola and rice. It is perfect for tiffin, brunch and tea time snack. Left over rice can used in thid cutlet.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled chhola
  2. 1 cup boiled rice
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. 1 tsp Ginger chilli paste
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  10. 1/2 tsp saunth powder
  11. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. Take a mixer
  2. Add chhola and rice
  3. Add Garlic ,ginger and green chilli
  4. Add spices
  5. Grind all of them
  6. Add coriander leaves
  7. And make cutlets
  8. Keep in freeze for some time
  9. Then heat oil
  10. And fry them
  11. Serve hot with chutney or sauce
