ABOUT Nawabi cutlet RECIPE

Summer has atlast vanished now , the weather is good. Loving this weather and the splinded climate ! Well , Its hinting me to make some fried snacks to bring .Today i present you Nawabi cutlet. I am a kind of person who love good food and love to try my hand at diffrent kind. These Nawabi cutlets crisp from outside n soft from inside and tasty too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 bread slices
  2. 1/2 cup paneer greated
  3. 1/2 cup peas boiled n mashed
  4. 1 tbspn chopped cashew , almond n raisins
  5. 2 green chilli fine chopped
  6. 1/2 tspn ginger greated
  7. 2 spoon fresh coriander chopped
  8. 1/4 tspn black salt
  9. 1/4 tspn red chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tspn black pepper powder
  11. 1/4 tspn roasted cumin powder
  12. Pinch of garam masala
  13. 1/2 tspn chat masala
  14. 1/2 tspn salt
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First take a wolk heat some oil in it.
  2. Now add boiled peas in it n roast it few minutes.
  3. Now add ginger ,green chilli n fresh coriander in it.
  4. Now turn off the gas and let it becomes cool.
  5. Add all spices in mashed peas according to your taste . Keep it aside.
  6. Now take another bowl add greated cheese in it .
  7. Add black pepper powder ,chat masala n salt according to your taste mix it well .
  8. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan for frying cutlet.
  9. Remove breads edges.
  10. Take a very small ball of peas mixture.
  11. Now fill some chopped dry fruits in it.
  12. Then cover this ball from cheese mixture very gently.
  13. Take some water in a bowl add pinch of salt in it.
  14. Dip bread slice in it. Squeeze extra water with the help of your palm.
  15. Now fill cheese ball in bread slice n cover it from all sides . Make a cutlet shape with your hands.
  16. Prepare all the cutlets with same methods.
  17. Deep fry in a low medium flame till it becomes crisp n golden in color.
  18. Enjoy with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
