CHEESY DISCS

Ingredients to make CHEESY DISCS

  • 10 - 12 BREAD pieces
  • For layering- 2 tsp yellow makhan
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp pizza sauce
  • 2tbsp grated cheese
  • for topping- 1 cup finely chopped mix vegetables like onions, carrots, tomato, bellpaper, corn etc
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • salt as pr taste
  • 1 tsp chilly flaks
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cutter one big and 1 small

How to make CHEESY DISCS

  1. cut the bread pieces with big cutter in big round shape.
  2. Now half no. of pieces again cut rounds in middle with small cooky cutter. keep a side
  3. Take a katori mix all ingredients mentioned for layering and mix well n keep aside
  4. Heat 2 tsp oil add add jeera, all vegetables saute it add all dry ingredients and sauce mix well. cool down it
  5. Add cheese and mix well
  6. Take big round of bread layer with sauces
  7. Arrange another disc fill 2 tsp of vegetables mixture
  8. Repeat the process and prepare all discs with same method. sprinkle some more cheese on the top.
  9. Toast it in oven for 10 min in pre heated ovan at 180 degrees
  10. Enjoy hot with tomato sauce

My Tip:

You can use small rounds also with same topping
