ABOUT Veggie Idli Fry RECIPE

I made this Idlis with bits of carrots and enjoyed as is then gave it this Crunch by Frying them crisp and sprinkled chaat Masala when hot ,with ketchup and sweet chilli sauce .Wow!:thumbsup::ok_hand:

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 4 left over Idlis
  2. oil to fry
  3. salt to taste
  4. 1 tblspn Chaat masala
  5. Sweet chilli sauce or ketchup
  6. Any fresh salad of choice

Instructions

  1. Keep idlis ready out of fridge in room temperature for ten minutes
  2. Cut Idlis long
  3. Heat oil to fry in a pan and start frying these cut idli pieces
  4. Fry till golden brown
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala and little salt and shake well in a bowl to coat well
  6. Serve wen crisp with sauce and chatni of choice
