Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled and mashed rice - 2 bowl
  2. Chopped spinach /palak - 1 bowl
  3. Fenugreek leaves /methi patta - 1 bowl
  4. Grated cottage cheese / paneer - 1/2 bowl
  5. Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp
  6. Chopped green chilly - 2
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  8. Finelly chopped onion - 1
  9. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  10. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  11. Oil - for frying
  12. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients.
  2. Knead it like a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts and shape them.
  4. Deep fry till it turns golden brown n crispy.
  5. Serve with hot tea.
