Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.5 cup coriander leaves
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 2 tbsp rice flour
  4. 1/2 tsp haldi
  5. salt
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. 1 tsp Rai
  10. 1 tsp seasme seeds
  11. hing
  12. ginger chilli paste
  13. Green chilli paste
  14. oil for frying


  1. Take a bowl and add besan
  2. Add rice flour and some water
  3. Mix them and make just like thick batter
  4. Remove lumps
  5. Heat oil in pan
  6. Add rai hing
  7. When splutter add till
  8. Then add ginger chilli paste and chilli paste
  9. Saute them
  10. And add coriander leaves
  11. Mix all spices
  12. Then add besan rice batter to it
  13. Mix them and cook at low flame
  14. When it leaves pan off flame
  15. Grease a plate and transfer it in plate
  16. Press it with spatula evenly
  17. Let it set for 5 min.
  18. Then cut in small pieces
  19. Heat oil and fry all of them.
