  1. 4 cup maize flour
  2. 2 boil Potatoes
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/4tsp carrom seeds
  5. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make dough of maize flour.
  2. Add boil and mashed potatoes
  3. Salt and ajwain
  4. With luke warm water.
  5. Heat oil
  6. Make small poori on foil with palms
  7. Fry them.
  8. Serve with achar.
