Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw rice 250 gms
  2. Green gram 100 gms
  3. Ghee or Oil as Required
  4. Ginger 1 tsp
  5. Jeera 1 tsp
  6. Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
  7. Cashew nuts 5
  8. Curry leaves 5

Instructions

  1. Boil rice and green gram together. After boiling mix well.
  2. Now heat oil or ghee and then add jeera, ginger, peppercorns, curry leaves and cashew nuts and add to the above boiled rice.
  3. Now mix well and if needed pour more ghee before serving.
