Ingredients to make Bhakarwadi

  • 2 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • haldi 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • For filling-
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 2 tsp seasme seeds
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 cup coconut powder
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • haldi 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 8-10 pepper corns
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp hing
  • coriander leaves few
  • oil for frying

How to make Bhakarwadi

  1. Take a bowl add besan and flour
  2. Add spices and oil
  3. Take water and make a dough
  4. For filling---
  5. Take a mixer and add all ingredents
  6. Make a powder
  7. Now roll down dough
  8. Brush oil on it
  9. Sprinkle ready mix all over upon it
  10. Again slowly roll with rolling pin
  11. Then from one side start roll over from the side
  12. Make a roll of it
  13. Cut in small sizes as you like
  14. Prepare all of them
  15. Heat oil and fry all of them
