Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. dry red chillies
  2. garlic
  3. ginger
  4. oil
  5. salt
  6. coriander powder
  7. cumin powder
  8. lemon
  9. water

Instructions

  1. Firstly,deseed the dry red chillies and soak it in the warm water for 20 minutes,
  2. after 20 minutes,strain them and take these chillies in small jar of food processor and add the cumin-coriander powder,salt,ginger and garlic and blend it with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth paste,
  3. hot 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the mixture into it and saute it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame,
  4. when it's done let it cool down on room temperature then add lemon juice into it,
  5. transfer this chutney into a jar for storage and serve it with your snacks.
