ABOUT Soya pearl Rolls RECIPE

I have used soya , lauki and sago in my rolls to make it healthy treat. These rolls are high in nutrition and fibre. Do try it and give healthy treat to your dear ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Overnight soaked sago( sabudana ) 1/2 cup
  2. Grated lauki 1 cup
  3. Soaked and squeezed Keema soya(nutri) 1/2 cup
  4. Besan 2 tablespoon
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Green chilly chopped 1
  7. Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  8. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Red chilly 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
  11. Water 2 tablespoon
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First take sago and squeeze nicely.
  2. Now take all Ingredients in a bowl and add 2 tablespoon water. As lauki has already so much moisture so we don't need so much water to add.
  3. Now mix it nicely.
  4. Make rolls from this mixture and chill for 10 minutes in refrigerator
  5. After 10 minutes heat oil in a deep pan . Now deep fry these rolls in medium to low flame.
  6. Fry rolls till golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve ready healthy and crisp soya pearl rolls hot with ketchup and dip of your choice.

The combination of sabudana and soyabean is just awesome.
