ABOUT Butter scotch RECIPE

It can be added as chocolate filling, mix with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cashew - 200 gm whole
  2. Sugar - 9 tsp
  3. Butter - 50 gm, salted

Instructions

  1. Heat butter, add sugar
  2. Add cashew when sugar is almost melted
  3. Cook 2-3 min. Mix should be little thick
  4. Cool it then store it
  5. It stays good couple of days
