Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. Sugar 100 gms
  3. Cake gel 10 gms
  4. Vanilla essence few drops
  5. Fresh cream (whipped cream) 100 gms
  6. Egg 3
  7. Baking powder 2 gms
  8. Baking soda 1 gm
  9. Roughly chopped nuts 25 gm

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking powder and soda.
  2. Beat sugar along with eggs and add Vanilla essence salt while mixing.
  3. Mix till sugar dissolves completely. Add gel and mix Further. Add flour and mix roughly .
  4. Pour the batter into greased cake moulds preferable rectangular biscuit tray.
  5. Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. After baking apply fresh cream (whipped cream) and nuts and roll it. Keep it in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes
  7. Decorate with granulated sugar and cut it into round shape.
