Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. Sugar 25 gms
  3. Salt 1/4 tsp
  4. Yeast 2 gms
  5. Refined Oil 6 gms
  6. Water 60 gms
  7. Melted chocolate 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in slightly warm water.
  3. Start kneading the flour with the above prepared solution until it forms thin filament when stretched with hand.
  4. After kneading rest the dough for proofing, covered with gunny bag for 1 hour till done.
  5. After proofing knock back the dough and cut into 50 grams balls.
  6. Roll the dough balls and make a hole in the middle and place on a greased trays.
  7. Rest the trays in a warm place covered with a cloth for proofing.
  8. Now deep fry the doughnuts and allow it to cool.
  9. Now dip one side of the doughnut in melted chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles and serve.
