Ingredients to make Paneer Wrap

  • Boiled peeled potatoes - 4 medium sized
  • Grated cauliflower - 1 cup
  • Grated paneer - 100 grams
  • Chopped green chilies -1 to 2
  • Grated garlic cloves- 3 to 4
  • salt as per taste
  • Red Chili Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder-2 pinches
  • coriander Powder-1 tsp
  • Corn flour powder - 2 tbsp

How to make Paneer Wrap

  1. Take a bowl add boiled potatoes in it.
  2. Crumble the potatoes with your hands.
  3. Now add grated cauliflower in the potatoes.
  4. Add green chilies,grated garlic also.
  5. Now add salt,pepper powder,coriander powder and mix it well.
  6. Take a wok add oil for deep frying the wraps.
  7. Now take the corn flour powder in a small bowl and add around 2 tbsp water and mix it with a spoon.
  8. Now take some mixture of potatoes and make a roll .
  9. Make any shape you want.
  10. Now dip your ball of potato mixture in the corn flour paste .
  11. Then take the grated paneer and coat the ball with paneer on the balls.
  12. Coated Paneer
  13. Now deep fry the paneer wraps and fry then on slow flame.
  14. Once they turn crispy,take them out on an absorbent paper.
  15. Enjoy your fried crispy paneer wraps.
