Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 2 cup water
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. Pinch pink food color
  6. Pinch Orange food color
  7. rose petals for garnish
  8. 1/2 teaspoon chopped pista


  1. In a pan add 2 cup water
  2. Let it boil
  3. Now add rice flour
  4. Let it cover and simmer for 5 min.
  5. After 5 min.stir it,off the gas,and cover for 10 min.
  6. Then mix with hand and make a daugh
  7. Then take a small balls and role it on rolling board
  8. Make long thin role like string
  9. Now give it a flower shape
  10. Now deep fry all flowers on medium to low flame till crispy
  11. In a pan add sugar,water and make 1 string sugar syrup
  12. Make equals 2 parts from sugar syrup
  13. Add pink color in one part
  14. Add Orange color in second part
  15. Now deep the fried imarti in coloured sugar syrup for 2 min.
  16. Then put the imarti in serving dish
  17. Garnish with rose petals
  18. Garnish with chopped pista
