Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Piece readymade white rsagulla
  2. 1cup desiccated coconut
  3. 1/2 cup mava
  4. 1 Pinch caradmom powder
  5. 1/2 cup oats
  6. 1Pinch orange food color
  7. 1 Cup dry fruits like dates, cashew, raisin nuts


  1. Squeeze all rasgulla nicely and hollow all rasgulla from inside
  2. In pan dry roast oats. Add squeezed rasgulla water and make thick mixture. Switch off flame and allow it to cool mixture, fill and coat rasgulla with oats mixture giving it shape of ladoo .
  3. In mava add squeezed rasgulla water. cook it to thick mixture. cool it and like 2 step fill some mixture inside rasgulla and cover rasgulla with remaining mixture giving it shape of ladoo and roll ladoo in desiccated coconut.
  4. Dry roast desiccated coconut. mix rasgulla water and make mixture thick. fill and cover rasgula with mixture
  5. Grind all dryfruits. Stuff and cover rasgulla with dryfruit mixture.
