This is a chinese snack item made from soya chunks witch we marinate with ginger garlic chili paste and fry them and saithe inshezwan sauce..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. boild soya chunks 200grams
  2. Ginger garlic chili paste 3_4 tsp
  3. Orange food colour 1//4tsp
  4. Capcicum sliced 1cup
  5. Chopped garlic 1tsp
  6. Choopped onion 1/2 cup
  7. All perpose flour 3_4 tsp
  8. cornflour 3_4 tsp
  9. oil for frying
  10. oil 1tsp for grevy
  11. salt to taste
  12. tomato sauce 4tsp
  13. Red chili sauce 3tsp
  14. Shezwan sauces 4 tsp


  1. First take a big bowl add boild soya chunks
  2. Add ginger garlic chili paste and orange food colour and all purpose flour and cornflour and mix well add some salt
  3. Keep aside this for atleast half an hour
  4. Now heat oil in pan and fry marinated soya chunks
  5. Now take enough oil in same pan just 2 tsp is ok
  6. Add chopped garlic and onion and sathe for few minutes
  7. Add capcicum and sathe for few minutes and add kill bit salt as we are adding sauces here
  8. Now add all sauces and cook for few minutes
  9. Add fried soya chunks and mix well ..It's ready to eat
