Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chana dal 2cup
  2. Tur dal 1/2 cup
  3. Moong dal 1/4 cup
  4. Dry Red Chilli 3 to 4 pcs
  5. Curry Leaves 10 pcs
  6. Methi Leaves 4 cups
  7. Dry Coriander 1 tablespoon
  8. Ginger 1nch
  9. Water 1 cup
  10. Green chillies 3 Pcs
  11. Salt as per your taste
  12. Turmeric 1/4 tablespoon
  13. ENO fruit salt 2 tablespoon
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash Chana Dal, Tur Dal and moong Dal properly and soak in good amount of water for atleast 3 hours.. after 3 hours drain the water completely.
  2. Add all three Dal to a blender jar with dry red chillies, curry leaves, Dry coriander, ginger and blend to a coarse paste.with the help of little water.
  3. In this paste now you can add chopped green chillies, salt, turmeric and lots of chopped methi leaves, mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  5. When the oil heated now you can add ENO fruit salt in the batter.
  6. Now take small portion of batter with the help of fingers and put it in heated oil..
  7. Flip the around, fry till golden, now methi Bhajiya is ready, Serve the methi Bhajiya with Chutney..
