Stuffed Mirchi Vada

Ingredients to make Stuffed Mirchi Vada

  • 10 big green chillies
  • 2 boil potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • Green coriander leaves
  • 1/4tsp carom seeds
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 cup besan
  • oil for frying

How to make Stuffed Mirchi Vada

  1. make batter of besan with salt.
  2. Mash the potatoes, add salt, green coriander leaves, carom and cumin seeds.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Wash and dry the chillies.
  5. Slit in the middle.
  6. Fill potato mixutre in it.
  7. Heat oil
  8. Dip the mirchis in besan batter and fry them.
  9. Serve with chatni.
