Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. pulungalarisi 1 tumbler
  2. gramflour 1/2 tumbler
  3. red chilli 5
  4. vanaspathi 2 tbsp
  5. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. grind pulungalarisi and red chilli in grinder like dosa batter( nicely)
  2. take it in a vessel. add gram flour, hot vanaspathi, salt. make it into a dough.
  3. take the Muruku kuzhal and grease with oil. put the dough and add it in hot oil.
  4. fry till the sound stops.
