ABOUT Dates and Nuts Smoothie RECIPE

A smoothie made with dates,nuts,milk,honey and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dates, seedless - 4 to 5 chopped
  2. Walnuts and almonds - 1 and 1/2 tbsp chopped
  3. Honey - 2 tsp
  4. Cinnamon powder - a pinch
  5. Milk - 1 cup (250 ml)- boiled and cooled
  6. Ice cubes - 3 to 4

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped dates, nuts in the blender and add 1/4 cup of milk first and blend it to a paste.
  2. Add the cinnamon,honey,milk, and icecubes and blend them all together.
  3. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve!
