Sprouts are healthy, we should try to consume these in our daily intakes in different ways.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sprouted moong 1 cup
  2. potato 2 big, boiled and mashed
  3. paneer 100 grams or so, grated
  4. Bread pieces 2, soaked, squeezed and mashed
  5. Salt, red chilly powder, green chillies to taste
  6. Garam masala, Ajwain, cumin seed 1/4 tea spoon each
  7. oil as required

  3. All ingredients altogether in a bowl
  4. Mix everything except oil in a bowl and make square or round or any shaped cutlets and keep aside
  5. Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes, put cutlets on the basket and set the timer for 10 minutes on 180 degrees. Do check in between.
  6. Serve with chutney of your choice
