ABOUT Air fried Golgappas chaat RECIPE

Evergreen chaat with guilt free air fried golgappas. Can be had with chatpata pani or can be enjoyed with dahi, chutney and different type of stuffing

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw golgappas One fistful
  2. Curd, chutney, salt and masalas and different type of stuffing
  3. Thin 0 no sev... 1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat airfryer for 3 minutes. Place few raw golgappas in the basket, set the timer for 2 or 3 minutes at 180 degrees. Please check in between. The same will be pop up and here are golgappas ready to be enjoyed
  2. Pic of stuffing to be gathered. Some like with corn stuffed golgappas whereas some like bhalla stuffed, some like sprouted chana stuffed.
  3. Make a hole in the golgappa, fill stuffing and place in on plate, pour curd and chutney and sprinkle sev on it and enjoy
  4. Pic of raw golgappa, readily available in the market
