Ingredients to make Murukku

  • rice -1cup
  • Fried channadal -1/2 cup
  • salt
  • red chilly
  • Sesame seed -1teaspoon
  • oil to fry

How to make Murukku

  1. Wash and soak rice 2hours
  2. Grind the channel very smooth powder
  3. Grind the red chillies fine paste past two hours grind rice and rocksalt very smooth batter
  4. Mix all ingredients fine. Then heat the pan pour the oil for fry Take a batter murukku or noodles maker press into oil, it's comes golden yellow take out of the pan
