Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For gattas
  2. 1 cup gram flour
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 1 /2 tsp red chilly powder
  5. 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin
  7. 1/2 tsp hing
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water to knead a dough
  10. Other ingreadients:-
  11. 1 big bowl of chopped spring onions
  12. 2-3 green chillies cut into slit
  13. 2 tomato chopped
  14. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  15. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  16. 1 tsp cumin
  17. 1/2 tsp hing
  18. 2 tbsp oil
  19. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  20. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First add all the ingredients of gatta (except water ) in bowl and mix all them together
  2. Add water slowely and a soft dough
  3. Make cylendrical gatta from the dough then boik and cut them into small pieces
  4. Now in a pan heat oil and add cumin , hing and green chillies and saute
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes and gatta into it and add all the dry spices
  6. Now add spring onion and cook for few minutes
  7. Switch off the flame and serve with fulka or roti
