ABOUT green salad RECIPE

No coking required. Its a salad and packed with energy. you can use any kind of fruits or vegetable of your choice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. cucumber 1 large cut into small pieces
  2. tomamto 1 large cut into small pieces
  3. cabbage inside portion cut into small pieces
  4. purple cabbage small portion cut into small pieces
  5. onion 1 cut into small pieces
  6. green chillie cut into small pieces
  7. spinach leaves 10-12 tender leaves
  8. olive oil 2 tea spoon
  9. juice of 1 large lemon
  10. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  11. sea salt as per taste
  12. half a teaspoon of pepper powder
  13. mayonaise 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. mix all the above ingredients in a bowl
  2. add a vinaigrette dressing adding olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, a spoon of apple cider vinegar, pepper powder and mayonnaise
  3. mix all well and serve
