Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 raw boiled banana
  2. Fresh green peas boiled 1 cup
  3. Green chilli 5-6
  4. oil
  5. Mustered seeds
  6. Hing 1/2 tsp
  7. Curry leaves 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  11. Mango powder 1 tsp
  12. Haldi 1/2 tspp
  13. Wheat flour
  14. Water
  15. Ghee or oil for shallo fry

Instructions

  1. Make dough of wheat flour and keep it aside
  2. Take a big bowl and mash the boiled banana and peas together and add salt.
  3. Take a thick bottom pan add oil add mustered seeds, hing, haldi, curry leaves, green chillies saute it for 1 minute.
  4. Now add mashed banana and peas and mix it well.
  5. Add red chilli powder, mango powder, garam masala.
  6. Now make small ball from the mixture.
  7. Now make small disk from the wheat dough put the ball in centre cover it from all side now again roll it like paratha.
  8. Now put the tava add oil and paratha and roast it.
  9. Ready to serve.
