Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/4 cup pistachios
  2. 1/4 cup sessmseeds
  3. 3/4 cup Oats
  4. 2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
  5. 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 1 tsp rosewater
  8. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  9. 1/4 cup Honey

Instructions

  1. Place the pistachios, sesameseeds, oats, coconut and salt in a food-processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Now add the honey , rosewater and vanilla and pulse until the mixture starts to come together.
  3. Roll into balls and coat with melted while chocolate if desired
  4. Store in a fridge for a while before serving
