Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg spinach
  2. 5 cup wheat flour
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 tsp carrom seeds

Instructions

  1. Blanch and puree the spinach with green chilli
  2. Make dough of flour adding salt, carrom seeds and spinach puree.
  3. Rest for 10 minutes
  4. Now make Paranthas
  5. Serve with butter or dahi.
