Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbsp - oatmeal
  2. 2-3 tbsp- water
  3. 2 tbsp- pistachio butter
  4. 1-2 tsp- honey (depending on your sweet tooth)
  5. 2 tbsp- fresh coconut
  6. Pista, almond, walnut flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix powdered oats with water and soak it overnight in winters. In hot climates, you need to soak it for half an hour.
  2. Add fresh coconut powder in the oatmeal mixture after the soaking time is over.
  3. Add pistachio butter. Whisk everything well. Your kulfi mix is ready.
  4. Add honey and mix again.
  5. Your kulfi mix is ready. Pour it into kulfi moulds and set in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
  6. Take out the kulfi and unmold it.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts and enjoy.
