Instant green chilli pickle

Ingredients to make Instant green chilli pickle

  • 100 gm green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1.5 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 3 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 4 tsp musturd oil
  • 4 tsp white vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp salt or according to taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp asafetida powder

How to make Instant green chilli pickle

  1. Take 100 gm of green chillies which are generally used for making any suji. Rinse them well and Pat dry
  2. Chop the chillies in small chunks or bite size pieces. Remove the stack first
  3. Turn of the flame Nd add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, funnel seeds, black mustard seeds to the pan.
  4. Roast the spices on very medium flame
  5. We just remove the moisture of the spices, stir constantly. Or you can keep these spices under sunlight also.
  6. Roast them for half a minute.
  7. Now grind all spices with the help of mixture grinder and ground them little coarsely.
  8. Mix all spices to the chopped chillies, also put musturd oil, white vinegar, salt Nd turmeric powder
  9. Mix everything really well.
  10. Pickle is now ready.
  11. This pickle can be consumed immediately.

My Tip:

This pickle is supeeeb in taste when it served after 2-3 days..
