Methi paratha

Ingredients to make Methi paratha

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 cup or 250 gm Chopped methi
  • 5 tbsn oil
  • 1 inch ginger fine chopped
  • 2 green chillies fine chopped
  • 1 onion Fine chopped
  • hing a pinch
  • 1tsn dry pomegranate powder
  • 1 tbsn coriander powder

How to make Methi paratha

  1. Wash Nd Pat dry methi. To make dough in wheat flour put chopped methi, onion, green chillies, ginger, salt, dry pomegranate powder, coriander powder, green coriander leafs, hing,
  2. Mix all ingredients and make a smooth dough.
  3. Take a part of dough Nd roll them and make chapati. Paste oil on it.
  4. After applying oil, roll the chapati Nd dip it in dry flour and again make a chapati.
  5. On semi hot tava put a bit oil Nd put chapati on it and apply oil on both sides and roast it properly from both side
  6. Your methi paranthi is ready to serve. Serve it with curd and green chilli pickle.
  7. It's taste is very fine..

My Tip:

If you want to increase its taste, eat malaai vd this parantha.
