This is a no oil dish. Very healthy. It is very easy to cook as well as it requires minimum effort and tastes awesome. This isa very good recipe for those who are keeping a watch on their weight. it is enjoyed during winters as well as summers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish pieces 2 preferred from the neck part as it has some fat
  2. 1 big ridge gourd cut into round pieces
  3. 1 tomato cut into round pieces
  4. ginger crushed
  5. garlich crushed
  6. green chilli slitas per taste
  7. salt as per taste
  8. fresh corriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. clean and wash the fish pieces
  2. in anon stick pan arrange the tomatoes at the bottom of the pan
  3. on top on tomatoes arrange the ridge gourd pieces
  4. add the salt and the ginger garlic and chilli
  5. rub little salt to the fish pieces and arrange them at the top layer
  6. add some fresh coriander leaves and close lid
  7. cook for 10 minutes
  8. garnish with fresh coriander
