Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach finely chopped 100 gms
  2. Boiled potatoes 1 no.
  3. Bread 4 pcs
  4. salt to taste.
  5. Cheese cut into thin strips.
  6. Ggc paste half spoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. red chilli pwd 1 tsp
  9. Aamchur 1tsp
  10. Cornflour 1 spoon
  11. Dry bread crumbs and semolina for coating.


  1. Blanch spinach by adding it to hot water for a min and again in ice cold water.
  2. Squeeze spinach properly and make paste.
  3. Now in this paste.
  4. Add fresh bread crumbs, n boiled potatoes.
  5. Add all other ingredients and spices to make dough.
  6. Apply hands on oil and keep cheese in between .
  7. Roll and give shape of cigars.
  8. Roll these cigars in dry bread crumbs and suji mixture.
  9. Keep in fridge for half and hour and deep fry.
  10. Serve hot the cheese bursting cigars.
