Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Finely chopped washed spring onion 1 bowl
  2. Gram flour 3/4 bowl
  3. Finely chopped Green chilli 2
  4. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Red Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take spring onions in a bowl and add gram flour, salt , oil , green chilli , red Chilli powder and ginger garlic paste to it .Mix well and make it in a batter which is neither too tight nor too loose .
  2. Apply little oil on palm and take little batter in hand and give it an oval shape.
  3. Take a sieve and grease it.
  4. Take boiling water in a vessel and put the cutlets in the sieve and put the seive on the vessel. Cover with lid .
  5. Let it steam on gas for 7 minutes.
  6. Remove the cutlets and let it cool. Shallow fry it in a non sticky pan .
  7. Place the cutlets on a plate and garnish it with fried spring onions and sesame seeds
  8. Serve it with sauce or chutney.
