Ingredients to make Palak Roti

  • palak 200 gm
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 4 Green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • 1TBSP RED chilli POWDER
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 5 tbsp suji or rawa
  • butter 4tbsp

How to make Palak Roti

  1. 1st boiled palak with ginger and Green chilli &grind it
  2. Take all flour add palak puree and spices
  3. Make a tight dough
  4. Take a portion of dough &roll it
  5. Heat a pan add roti on it add butter
  6. Flip it over
  7. Palak roti is ready

Serve with potato curry& curd
