Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Basmathi rice 1 1/2 cup
  2. Mint leaves 2 cups
  3. coriander leaves 1 cup
  4. Green chilli 6 Number
  5. Garlic 7 cloves
  6. Ginger 1 inch piece
  7. onion 1 small
  8. Cardamom 3 number
  9. Cloves 5 number
  10. Cinnamon 2 number
  11. Cumin 1 tsp
  12. Ghee 1tbsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice for 1 hour
  2. Cut onion into small pieces
  3. Grind green chillies ,mint leaves,coriander leaves.garlic and ginger in to a smooth paste.
  4. Heat a pan or cooker
  5. add gee
  6. Add whole spices
  7. Add choped onion cook till golden colour
  8. Add soaked rice and stir for 5 minute
  9. Add green paste .
  10. Add water salt and turmeric powder stir it well
  11. Cover the lid and cook till 2 wistle.
