Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sabudana / Topioca seeds 2 cups
  2. Fresh mint leaves 50grams
  3. Ginger 10grams
  4. Green chillies 7
  5. Peanuts 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Cashews 1 tablespoon
  10. Oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana in water atleast for 1:30hrs, then squeeze out excess water.
  2. Make a paste with mint leaves and ginger
  3. In a nonstick pan heat 2 tbsp oil then add mustard and cumin seeds, then add peanuts, cashews fry for 2 mins then add mint paste and fry for 3 mins
  4. Then add soaked sabudana and mix well and cook for 5 mins
