Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Half cup mung daal/green split lentils
  2. one cup chopped spinach
  3. oil to shallow fry two to three tablespoons
  4. salt to taste
  5. red chilli powder half teaspoon
  6. green chilli one chopped fine
  7. water to grind daal as required to make a medium batter
  8. around half cup will do (water)

Instructions

  1. soak daal in warm water for two n half hours
  2. wash well
  3. chopp a bunch of spinach after washing this will be a cup
  4. grind both daal n spinach together wd water
  5. the batter should not be runny
  6. add salt red chilli powder
  7. heat a non stick pan
  8. spread this batter in circular motion to make a medium size pancake
  9. cook on medium flame evenly on both sides using oil
  10. serve hot wd sauce of your choice
