Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/4 kg okra
  2. 1 potato
  3. 2 tsp chilli powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  6. 1. Tsp cumin
  7. 1tsp mustard
  8. Few curry leaves
  9. 2 red dry chilli
  10. 2 tsp curd

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil when oil is hot had washed and cleaned okra fry for 3minutes on low flame after 3 minutes add curd stir until it dries and crispy remove and keep aside
  2. In the same pan add washed and skin removed cut into cubes now add this and fry until brown and crispy in low flame remove after 3 minutes keep aside
  3. In the same pan add 1 tbsp oil when oil is hot add mustard seeds when it starts popping add cumin stir add curry leaves chilli powder and salt stir
  4. Now add fried okra and potato mix well
  5. Add 2 tbsp water and adjust salt according to taste cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes switch of the flame serve with sambar rice curd rice or with rasam rice
  6. Simple and healthy okra potato fry is ready thank you happy cooking
