Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10 spinach leaves washed n patt dried
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1/2cup boiled n mashed potato
  4. 2 cheese cubes cut in to 4 small pcs
  5. 2 tsp ginger garlic coriander chilli chatni
  6. 1/2tsp turmeric pwd
  7. 1/2 red chilli powder
  8. Salt to test
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients.
  2. Mashed potato
  3. Add chatni,salt,haldi,red chilli pwd,garam masala n make a dough.
  4. Take cheese cube n coat it with potato dough.make lill roll.
  5. Roll potato cheese roll in to spinach leaf.
  6. Make besan slurry adding lill salt.deep spinach roll in to besan slurry.
  7. Deep fry spinach roll.
  8. Spinach cheese bundles r ready.
