ABOUT Stuffed Peppers RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Bell Peppers/Capsicum
  2. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  3. 50 gms Butter
  4. 1 Onion Chopped
  5. 2 Tomatoes Chopped
  6. 2 Garlic Cloves
  7. 100 gms Cooked Rice
  8. 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
  9. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 4 tbsp grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees . Slice off the top of each pepper, remove the core center and the seeds
  2. Brush the outer portion/Skin of the bell peppers with olive oil and place it on baking dish
  3. Heat a pan, add butter, garlic and onion. Saute until raw aroma of garlic goes away and onions are translucent. Add in tomatoes,rice,parsley,salt and pepper. Mix well
  4. Stuff the mixture into the peppers and add grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or till the peppers are tender. Serve hot
