ABOUT Spinach Corn Cutlets RECIPE

These melt in the mouth cutlets are made from spinach,sweet corn and spring onions.These are a very healthy option for kids parties or as starters.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach-1 cup
  2. Sweet corn-1 cup
  3. Boiled potatoes-1 cup
  4. Chopped Spring onions-1/2 cup
  5. Bread slices-2
  6. ginger chilli paste-1 tbsp
  7. Chaat masala-1 tsp
  8. salt to taste
  9. Black pepper-1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Finely chop Spinach.Microwave corn for 2 minutes and then grind corn coarsely in food processor.
  2. Trim bread edges and grind to fine crumbs
  3. Now mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Make big lemon sized balls and flatten to shape like cutlets
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Gently place prepared cutlets in the pan.
  5. Roast till golden brown on both sides.Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
