Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chow - 2 single pack
  2. Medium sized Prawns - 12, chopped
  3. 1/2 small cabbage
  4. 1/2 small Capsicum chopped
  5. 4 large Onions Sliced
  6. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  7. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  8. 3 Green Chilies, chopped
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil chow for 2-3 min with little oil. Thin chow tastes better.
  2. Shallow fry prawn separately
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green chili, sugar, onion and salt. Saute for 4-5 min. Add in capsicum, saute for 1 min
  4. Now add cabbage, cook for 3 min. Add chow and vinegar, cook for 2 min
  5. Add in fried prawns ,Mix well. Cook for 2 min. Serve hot with chili mixed with lime juice.
