ABOUT Guacamole Dip RECIPE

Guacamole is a dish of mashed avocado mixed with chopped onion, tomatoes, chili peppers, and seasoning.Apart from being delicious, avocado is Incredibly Nutritious. Avocados are loaded with Heart-Healthy Monounsaturated Fatty Acids ,fiber, antioxidants. Great accompaniment with tortilla chips or as a topping for Mexican food!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 avocados
  2. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1 ripe tomato, de-seeded and finely chopped
  5. 2 chili peppers finely chopped (adjust)
  6. 1 small lemon ,juiced
  7. salt and pepper to taste


  1. Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, chili peppers,half lime juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and chill for half an hour to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips or spicy wedges and sour cream.
