This Green smoothie truly makes you have an affair with the leafy greens and all season fruits. This creamy concoction will take your taste buds for a spin. This smoothie is loaded with nutrients like iron, calcium, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber and much more.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2-3 cups raw spinach
  2. 1 large ripe banana
  3. 1 cup strawberries
  4. 1 cup peaches
  5. 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  6. 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  7. 3-4 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick and creamy. Adjust the desired consistency by adding ice.
  2. Serve the Green Smoothie in a bowl . Additionally the smoothie can be topped with your favorite fruits, grated coconut flakes, chia seeds etc for more nutritional benefits
