Ingredients to make Spinach Thepla

  • 1 cup blanched spinach puree
  • 1.5 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

How to make Spinach Thepla

  1. In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients and knead dough, rest dough for 5 min
  2. Make small oval shape thepla
  3. Heat Tawa and Cook Thepla both sides. Drizzle oil on thepla
  4. Serve hot with cucumber Raita and roasted papad
